Communicating vision through design for a confidential tender
Creative direction and design for Colliers’ bid to represent and enhance The Crown Estate’s retail and leisure portfolio. The proposal was led by the Retail team under Paul Souber and positioned Colliers as a long-term strategic partner for the West End’s prime destinations.
Concept & Deliverables
The visual language combined architectural precision and future-focused storytelling, using a blueprint-style system to symbolise innovation and spatial thinking in retail. For confidentiality reasons, only excerpts of the project are shown publicly.
Deliverables: Visual concept, presentation design, report layout, iconography, charts, image selection, and social and internal campaign assets.
