Designing clarity for research and economic insight
Yearly research report produced by Colliers’ Research & Economics team, led by Dr. Walter Boettcher. The publication presents economic forecasts and sector outlooks across the UK property market.
The project involved designing the overall visual concept, cover and internal layout, as well as data visualization and imagery selection to communicate complex information consistently. The design maintained brand alignment while improving hierarchy and readability across twenty sections, each authored by sector specialists.
System & Deliverables
Work included creative direction, editorial design, charts and data styling, imagery sourcing, and layout production. The campaign extended to internal communications and social media assets supporting the report’s launch.
Deliverables: Print and digital report, cover design, spread layouts, infographics, image direction, and promotional materials.
