Ripping up the rule book
Each year, Colliers gathers key players from the retail property sector for its Midsummer Retail Report — a flagship event combining market insight, commentary, and creative storytelling. For the 2022 edition, my concept “Ripping up the Rule Book” was selected as the creative direction, symbolizing disruption and renewal across UK retail.
Concept & Collaboration
Working alongside the Head of Creative, I co-led the design production and rollout — from report design and motion assets to environmental graphics, digital banners, and event collateral.
We developed a scalable design system and visual library, enabling the wider design team to contribute seamlessly. The collage of torn textures, headlines, and imagery became a dynamic visual metaphor for change — and was met with strong reception across stakeholders and attendees.
Deliverables: Visual concept, design system, creative direction, event collateral, animations, digital ads, and printed reports.
